All course fees must be paid in full (a Deposit) upon registration.
If a student withdraws 14 days prior to the start of a program they are eligible to receive a 50% refund of their deposit, or a Transfer Credit to the next available program. Students are required to submit a request for Withdrawal or Transfer in writing to the Program Manager in order to qualify for the applicable tuition refund. Requests will only be granted for documented illness or compassionate grounds subject to approval by the Program Manager.
If a student withdraws within 14 days of the program start date there is no refund of tuition. Requests for Refund or Transfer credit may be granted for Extenuating Circumstances for documented illness or compassionate grounds and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of the Program Manager.
While we make every effort to ensure our courses run as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel courses for unforeseen circumstances. Students will receive a full refund of the Deposit or may choose to attend a rescheduled course at a later date.
